Becoming a mother is the most beautiful, life-altering experience—but it’s also one of the hardest journeys I’ve ever walked. No one truly prepares you for the whirlwind of postpartum—the exhaustion that settles into your bones, the quiet moments of self-doubt, the shifting identity, and the emotions that rise and fall like waves. There’s an unspoken weight that comes with trying to care for a new life while figuring out how to care for yourself again. But through the fog and the tears, there’s love—deep, aching, overwhelming love. And with time, healing comes. Slowly, strength grows in the softest parts of you. Motherhood is messy and magical all at once, and even in the hardest moments, I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

Photography and motherhood have become deeply intertwined in my life—both rooted in love, patience, and learning as I go. Becoming a mom opened my eyes to just how quickly time slips through our fingers, and that realization sparked my passion for capturing the fleeting, beautiful moments that so often go unnoticed. Starting out in photography hasn’t been easy—it’s come with self-doubt, trial and error, and more late nights than I can count. But just like motherhood, it’s a journey I’m growing through every day. I may have started at the bottom, but my heart is in it, and there’s no direction left to go but up.
